CleanerPro excludes all liability, regardless of its legal basis, as well as any claims for damages against CleanerPro and against any auxiliary persons and agents, to the extent permitted by law. CleanerPro is not liable in particular for indirect damages and consequential damages, loss of profit, or any other personal, material or financial damages suffered by the customer. Mandatory statutory liability is reserved, in particular for intentional acts or gross negligence (Art. 100 CO).
